Kaunas, the second largest city of Lithuania and one of the unique places for Modernist architecture in Europe, was always the launch place for inimitable Lithuanian rock bands. The memorable Antis, heavy metal legend Dykuma, shoegazers SH, modern clairvoyant Golden Parazyth and now.. Silverpieces.

Silverpieces rehearse in a factory near yeshiva, where the grandfather of Leonard Cohen once taught. That grandfather, from whom Mr Leonard seemingly inherited the feeling of darkness. Inspired by PJ Harvey, Radiohead, Messhugah and Jeff Buckley, Silverpieces produced their own brand of musical whiskey, named “Linger”. Which is now, after maturing for proper 3 years, is ready to be served.

Linger by Silverpieces is released now on legendary Lithuanian label Zona, which has realeased such monsters as Antis, Bix, dr Green, Empti, Hiperbolė, Lygiailyja, Ministry of Echology, Sa Sa, SH etc.
